I used to not be able to live without food for more than an hour. Now...every second i crave for HL strawberry milk. Food for anorexic thoughts.

Countdown: Exactly one week :S
I suddenly have this itch to talk about people i admire.
Starting from some of the guys at Ritz.
I really wanna take my hats, shoes whatever off them.
They're sooooo nice to the aunties that it makes me feel
so bad horrible to be Stomping on auntie catfights;
Foruming on fatmanparade about their uncouth behaviour
and the like.
They make sure the aunties are being treated like queens.
Makes me wanna be an auntie too.
"Auntie come you sit down lemme carry this for you."
Then came the debate @ the elderly exercise corner.
Kavi's rebuttal really got me masticating on her words.
She had me to put myself in a world where EVERYONE
was kiasu(phobia of losing out), where the #1 rule in the house
is to get the most out of EVERYTHING, where parents poison
your minds their beliefs: MORE is GOOD.
Vacuum cleaners.(mum's vacuuming house now)
They suck.
Okay back. So if you were to be in such an environment,
who wouldn't fight&fend for themselves?
It's just ourluck fate that we're the generation after
them to have to tolerate the auntievities. ):
But nevertheless i'd rather tolerate them than to be like them.

I wrote a song last night. Pretty contented with it(:
But it's incomplete.): It's about a girl struggling to keep herself
up between her internal voice & external facade.
As the song progresses her internal voice slowly devours her
as she sinks into reality (instead of the other way around) that
she really wants him back.
Here's part of the chorus:
"Sacred liar you’ve caught my heart
Teach me how
Well i won’t fall down
No i won’t fall down
Sacred lies they’re caught between your charm
Cut it out"
(i didn't take this i ripped it off DA)

A dream wasted on you.

Gosh, my life is just so amazing right now,& somehow i feel,
it can only get better. Because given the troublemaker that i am,
always screwing up & trying hard to salvage things ( like turning
a hole or a milo spill on a piece of foolscap paper into a flower )
anything that's not a screw up's good:D
On the contrary, sometimes screw ups work for me. They're like
the orange road cones which you bang into when you drive ( not like
i can ) & though you bang into them and get dents on your car,
you eventually clear the road & feel stronger y'know? You feel tougher!
HAHA alright i really wanna post up the picture of Sock because he's
SOOOOOO cute! It's so cute that the Sock i'm holding actually comes to
'live' in the MV haha!
& PLEEEEEASE IGNORE THE HORRIBLE OUTDATED SANDALS
IM WEARING! THEY'RE REALLY NOT MINE. We were filming &
i was supposed to be in 'my house' but i kinda sneaked out to get a
picture with Sock (CAUSE HE'S REALLY TOOOOO CUTE TO RESIST)
& i didn't wanna dirty the pink socks because they don't belong to me
either & they're supposed to remain clean at all times & i didn't wanna
wear my sneakers just to get a shot.
Went out with Jays on Tues (after work), Steph on Wed & Kavi on Thurs!
Jays & I went window shopping at Marina Square & we started mocking
this pushcart which sells Little Miss t-shirts. But then this shirt caught our
attention (ironically) & we walked towards the pushcart trying out all the
tshirts. HAHA & we had a hard time choosing the desired COLOUR of
ALL the same designs! & we were like. *puts green shirt against chest
"too cheena" *puts grey shirt against chest "too minah" *puts blue shirt
against chest "too step" [P.S not in order & colours are abit messed up]
So we bought 2 tshirts! 1 for $12, 2 for $20 :D
& into the ladies to change!
& when we stepped out we gave that look. You know, THAT look.
I bet Kavi's saying: "Ya sure, i know. (like how she's so sure
that she loves gaogweh)"
Talking about That look, it reminds me of how i like the different feelings
of being in different clothes. You should try it someday. You'll really feel
like a different person altogether, well not ENTIRELY different of course,
just...freshly different. Like corporate-ish on Monday, rock-ish on Tuesday
Feminine demure ish on Wednesday &like.
Okay this is how the story goes in these 3 pictures:
Me: Eh Jays we look damn cool let's have a shot.
Jays: Ewww I look DAMMN ugly take another one, this time you
cut out my face.
Me: HOW to cut out?? Okay i try.
Me: Okay i cut out my face instead.
Jays: Aiyooo still can see my face!! Another one the train is here
everyone's looking.
Me: Okay okay hang on. *bends down
Me: FINALLY
Jays: YES RUN! *runs into the SARDINE-PACKED train.
I love you luh Jaysree. Each time i say "stupid you're such an idiot
i hate you", the more i love you. haha okay that came out wrong.
Now for Steph.
Waa this bomb uh...the more i hang out with her, the more i love her
SERIOUSLY. I've heard people talking about how we 2 are so
incompatible & stuff mismatch or whatever. I really wish i could clear
her bad reputation in the past. I can vouch for her. She's changed so
much, so grown up now. & i'm really glad to be able to witness someone
shedding the rowdy SCREAM.SHOUT.PANIC rebel skin (literally &
uhh..non literally) & becoming a fine young lady. (: Woman; i like how
we're SOOOOOOO worlds apart yet a fitting jigsaw piece to each other.

I still remember so vividly how we admire people with NO CUFEWS
people with the freedom to say "see you at Pizza Hut in five."*hang up*
But now we do just that! :D Just that it's five + thirty. HAHA do the Math,

and whatever participle thing. )

Like how a protein molecule tries to push into our capillaries or lacteals
(i dunno i really dunno) before breaking down into polypeptides & amino
acids.

Taking back Sunday
Hell do i remember scrutinising this word in Literature & squeezing the meaning out of it.

Filming these past few unblogging days have been squeezing
it out of me too. Meaning = Lack of sleep.
I'm so damn glad that i've submitted my JAE choices.
It really vexed me like fgoasierbakfbsdflbldjhbcvl.
Seriously who takes >50 hours to pen down their choices???
Anyway after submission, my satisfaction was overtrod (I have
a strong feeling it's in the wrong tense) by nervosity. I felt like
i was gonna get Anorexia Nervosa without the "Anorexia". Now
we poor O level people have to undergo the agony of waiting for
our posting results. MOE hasn't had enough. Mr.MOE, look what you've done.

Albeit all these really mundane agony,
Mindy's very happy that she's gonna live half her dream.
The full dream is to (refer to wishlist) star in HER very own
music video, but this one's not too bad either(:
I'll be appearing as The Girlfriend in a music video featuring
an underground band PeepShow (ME LIKEEEE IT)
The shoot was really fun:D My 'boyfriend' 's apartment is
gonna be in a lovely place in Suffolk Road, & we were supposed
to be quarreling intensely in the music video.
I simply LOVE the concept.
1. Montage of PeepShow playing intro, empty hat, passerbys.
2. Guy & girlfriend arguing...BIG time. Angle on blue sock on
guy's stereo which girl threw during the fight.
3. Girlfriend storms out after the fight. Angle on pink socks that
she's wearing.
4. The guy falls back on the bed, cools down awhile, grabs bath
towel, heads into the shower.
5. Sock comes 'alive' He's shocked and upset that 'pinky' is gone.
6. Sock is frustrated and devices a plan. He grabs all of Guy's clothes
and scurries out of the apartment.
7. Sock hitches a ride. A blue van hitches into frame and gives him a lift.
8. Sock tumbles and bounces at the back of the van.
9. Driver is busy singing and driving like a nut.
10. The van stops at a sidewalk, and Sock is spit out of the van. He waves
off the driver ans turns to get his bearings with a map.
11. Sock realises he's in a city & decides to roam around.
12. Sock spots 2 dudes in an alley. Asks them for directions but in turn got
mugged.
13. Sock sits up into frame with a black eye. Picks up his empty wallet, sad.
14. Montage of Sock walking around in a gloom. Gets hit by a frisbee, a kid
kicks his leg, bird droppings fall on him etc.
15. Sock is standing looking sad, takes out his wallet and sees the picture of
Pinky, then got hit by an inspiration.
16. Sock joins the band and dances. Money starts to fill the hat.
17. Crowd clap at the performance, band decided to split earnings with Sock.
They go on seperate ways.
18. Back in the house Guy comes out of shower, he looks for his clothes but
they're gone. He sees the door ajar and a trail of clothes. Starting with his
boxers.
19. Inter cut with Sock a the florist, buying flowers, leaving the shop.
20. Guy follows the trail of clothes picking them up as he go..jeans..t shirt..
1 blue sock..1 shoe..
21. He finds his final piece of clothing (blue sock) at the doorstep of someone's
house.
22. Guy puts on his sock and shoe. While at it, door opens, Guy looks up, it's
Girlfriend. Guy is surprised-confused. Girl sees guy lacing up his shoes, and a
bouquet of flowers next to him. Girl is happy-surprised. Guy looks around
at a loss and salvages the situation with the gift.
23. Girl gives guy a naughty look and tugs him at the collar into the house with
door slamming shut behind them.
24 .Angle on their feet (blue sock and pink sock) Bed scene.
I bet you laugh, at the thought of me thinking for myself.
I bet you believe, that i'm better off with you than someone else.
Mindy's very happy that she's gonna live half her dream.

Life after Monday
Good morning half-priced Tuesday

The results are FINALLY out. Sigh i don't know what to say or feel. I feel kinda all balanced out because on one hand
1) i know i've done my best
2) i miraculously got a distinction for Pure Literature (till now those 2 words intimidate me.) 3) In the entire cohort who took Pure Physics, only 11 people got a distinction. Since second best's B3, i'm kinda proud of myself.
4) Pure A1 for Combined Bio/Chem.
On the other hand, (the things that cancel these out)
1) I failed Higher Chinese..terribly. So forget about the 2 points.):
2) I expected an A2 for Elementary Math but i got a B3 instead.
3) I soo expected an A2 for Combined Humanities, as usual, B4.
4) English is my utmost disappointment. I shouldn't have screwed up that essay..):
i need to cut off some of my long hair to release some pressure.
Cus physical tension affects you psychologically don't you know? Geez.
Last time in Secondary school uniform?
That calls for a picture(:
Today's gonna be one bigbusy day. I pray Oh Lord for wisdom to pick
the right path. out of the many laid out infront of me. This junction i'm
standing on, shield me from the big trucks & vehicles coming my way.

Another thing about yesterday that really upsetted me was really.. ugh.
I don't get it. I don't get alot of things.
But things brightened up for me in the evening during filming.
Yes i need to mark this, first filming session of 2009.
The laughters & the crazy stuff that Matt & I did. HAHA
epic i tell you! & the coincidences keep pouring in.
I hope One-Man-Paparrazzi(I think I spelt it wrong) uploads pictures
real soon.

3 nights in a row & 1 morning we must see that we eat only salad.Yuck.

You know on some mornings, you just get this nice fuzzy feeling,(:
I'm feeeling it now..the feeling i get when i watch Blues' Clues & Dora the Explorer...
I srsly dont think i know of anyone else who would throw karaoke cheese parties..
Or people who had all the privilege to return to school as alumnis on
CCAdisplay day & watch their juniors suffer, but instead, got down to painting
their faces & transforming into psychotic people & hid in toilets & scared
people. Strangling, tugging, singing freakishly(it worked really well) :D,
throwing bedsheets over their heads(sorry jianliang!)
We just couldn't bear to see the poor juniors becoming mockingbirds of the
school. Don't know why but somehow people LOVE mocking drama people.
& i have NEVER met anyone who can mock & be even 1/2 as good as the
performers they're mocking.
Well, i mock the PA club at times but hey, yknow about my closet respect for them!

Each time i blog pictures up, i feel that my holidays are a notch more fruitful; :D
I'm just afraid of the withdrawal symptoms i'll suffer when school reopens..:/
Botanics was one of the best outings i've had this holiday[:
We played touch rugby, jumped around the grass patch shouting "My Life! My Life!..",
"slept" like banglas, ate BBQ sauce with mashed buttered egg & chocolates, threw
balls into the pond, rolled down the slopes, stole BBQ sauce from Mac,grabbed Nachos
from Fairprice and cheese from KFC:D, advertised for Loreal, posed as animals,
made kaavi's admirer pick up the ball for us, tried to make friends with 3 JC girls
but got ignored. & searched around for The Swan Lake to find swans but
didn't find any.
yknow what, an air ticket to Bangkok only costs $35!! I really wanna go!
Albeit the atrocious air pollution, traffic, prostitutes & transversites. :X
Today - Karaoke Cheese party @ 2pm,
so she really get dressed now.

Pocky ad much?
HELLO ONE & ALL! :D
post-work Pocky break (: We were surprised to find ourselves in white tanktops after we changed out of our uniforms!

Two amazing things happened today.
#1. Jane came up to my doorstep (again[:) & talked to my dad for reeaaally long. I pray his heart is softened furthermore after today:/ wait digression: Looking back i've changed much from when i was a non-believer. I was an introvert, very afraid of what the world would think of me. But now, :D really it only matters to me what God thinks of me.
& i actually fished out my bible infront of my dad. & he didn't get mad! (:
#2. I searched up classifieds for a third job. & i saw this ad under Food Stalls & location was Lot 1. So i was ecstatic:D I called up the manager, & he asked to see me soon. Then the next moment i was in Ya Kun with my parents (they forced me to have toast with them-.-) & the manager asked to see me later that night. So i just casually said oh since i was there, why not i see him now. & he said fine, and that i could start work tomorrow. :O :D

FIRST POST OF 2009.
Happy new year!
Yesterday i got to see beautiful dancers on the dancefloor of Ritz' grand ballroom, swaying like fairies :D There was the waltz, the contemporary, the cha cha, & many others that i dont know the names to. But i know too well that i loved the Waltz..
Not a fan of such idealistic scenarios, but I like this picture. ):I got my new year clothing, pretty excited(:
Oh i dreamt that Sham was a diva, a younger version of Rihanna and she was wearing this trrenchcoat in red..
Haha, weird dreams of mine.I know i'll never (hmm, never's too strong a word, how about
perhapsnever) stick to these, but nevertheless, RESOLUTIONS.
#1 Be more forgiving.(I don't know why but i don't think i have enough forgiving hormones in me)
#2 Get a guy for real.
#3 Join some dance association or something.
#4 Exercise REGULARLY (i shan't define regular)
#5 Change lives.
#6 Save animals& more trees.
#7 Invent smth like weird food mismatchs that taste goood, or perhaps invent somebody.
#8 Cook.
#9 Glorify the school i'm going to.
i'll end at 9 since it's '09.(:
