In the blinding light a flickering figure reappears, and like an illusion draws nearer. The scent intensifies. That nostalgic scent choking up the atmosphere, the same one calming me like a tranquilliser. With all i've got i reach out, but in a moment everything smokes up into thin air and disappears. Now all that I've got is your scent etched inside, and every last bit of my will to find another one that matches.

that's my very adorable cousin. the only dude i know who likes taking "natural" shots of others. today saw me at church (: but after that everything went downhill for me, obediently at Murphey's bidding. After service when I checked my phone, I wanted to stab myself when it was dead. I knew i had a long day ahead and that i was gonna die without my precious sidekick. I left first for Bugis St to get my DIY gold studs. Then I promised Shaun I was gonna be at Sentosa for his amazing race. Coincidentally I was supposed to go to the Wavehouse flea today with Sanders since i didn't go yesterday, but when i called her (with a payphone) she was with Wong that idiot and she said that she wouldn't be able to join me cus she had some dinner thing at 6. So i went to Sentosa alone. In non beach wear. FML. I spent a total of 60 cents i think calling 6 different people to get their numbers i wanted to die. Combed the entire place, couldn't find the CCI people. I wanted to die. My bag weighed a thousand pounds thanks to my econs textbook and my dslr. My legs were burning like the 100th degree of hell with much courtesy to the 3.2km run. I couldn't take it anymore. I called kavi for i dunno what reason. She yelled at me cus i woke her up. So I called my mum. She was playing mahjong so she hung up on me. And that was the end of Murphey's chain. On a lighter note shockingly ms nura's letting me try out for syf(drama) - considering the fact that i gave her such a late notice. i'm keeping my fingers crossed. x jaded

part of your world;
i feel awkward posting up so many pictures of myself, but i feel even more awkward posting up pictures of my entire family here. But i really love the pictures above! I figured out a new format to snap photos in [(:<] Anyways yesterday was the road run event thing, initially i decided to not run out of laziness but later i suddenly had a boost of adrenaline plus the motivation to overtake people. [(:<] hahah i think it's the physicality affecting psychology thing again. Like when you're dressed for the ocassion you sink into it. Va, Ads and Su hate me now :P Speaking of whom we were very irritating ystd towards Vashon. Publicly displaying our undying affection of a thousand suns to him. But i think he's liking the attention [(:<] We even wrote this atrociously hardcore fan letter to him. It started out with the things he likes (when he was introducing himself to the class) and then to joining all our names in a crossword puzzle with his, to fighting to write who he loves the most, to paper conversations about our jealousy when he talks or sits next to other girls (and guys too) hahahahha. Met up with Chocolixr later at night :DDD Chocolixr cus Jerome was there! (it's the name of our PW group in sec 2) Oh my goodness it's been 2 or 3 years since i've spoken soo much to him. Ttly miss him): I'm going for the Wavehouse flea with him and Hollers laterrrr plus Ads' gonna be there can't wait! Anyways Shallll!! I forgot to pass the mem card to you! So pictures will be delayed, what's new right? haha xxxxxxxxxxxx

this is the part where the rap breaks down.
crates and crates of tantalising xlbs *i'm floating i can still taste the soupy goodness oozing out of the little bags ahhhhhh its creator sooo deserves a nobel prize. i couldn't find the camera cable earlier and got super bummed out but dad came home and magically dug it out for me!! yay daddy! yes i'm back (: with a truck loadsa pictures waiting to bombard fb. *frown+smile & oh thanks Ads for roaming arnd the entire school with me today in search for a CCA! I finally decided on Bowling. haha it sounds funny. I got addicted to it at Malaysia. keeeeep bowling every night. They have the coolest glow in the dark bowling after 6pm! arghh school's verrrry mean on thursdays. 8-9am PE. 9am-2pm break. 2-3pm history.*grouchy* but sunshine never gets knocked down xxxxxxxxxxx

It was after noon before you were out of bed and I was able to concentrate

To make a list, a list to convince you"
My long awaited getaway is finally here! And so i'm here with my family and some rather faraway relatives. But I don't know if it's the right timing for one, i mean leaving Orientation before it ends feels incomplete to me. Everything was so back-to-back there wasn't a chance to breathe. A moment ago I was at OGL camp, and the next, the J1s came in and then in the blink of an eye, i made so many wonderful friendships with so many beautiful people. And before they all sink in I'm already in Malaysia. Everything's happening soooo quickly): Speaking of orientation, the preparation for the big O was definitely not easy. But i guess it was the sour which makes everything so rewarding and worthwhile. I miss my MG9, my 10S04, Sparta, all my wonderful fellow OGLs, and anything else that i should miss):
The shopping here is sooo cheap but a pity that there aren't many really eye-catching stuff): Except for their 9 RM NYLON magazines and Starbucks(:::
Took the reverse vertical bungee 2 days back and.... the moment they released the machine my hands went jelly-icy, and my heart stopped. hahaha but it was fun.
I'll update with pictures when i get back, meanwhile happy valentine's and cny(: and happy birthday to the feb babies, strawberry sundae *smile+frown

hello again world! my internet connection has been very mean to me lately and some singtel person was supposed to come and check it today but i have no idea why he isn't here. anyways i dunno when my com will hang so i'll type really quickly! I've been up to a lottttttt of things lately, it's crazy. basically 65% of the mindy pie is for PJ's Orientation(: speaking of which today's the first day of O week and the first time we OGLs meet our OG groups - yes we had to reconnect, rebuild and rehype the atmosphere (': *noble face. i miss my MG9!! But issokay, we'll make damn sure 10A05 is gonna have a blast(: Receiving that lovely letter of well wishes and words of appreciation was the sweetest! The rewarding feeling totally overrides all the scoldings and sweat and blood we sacrificed - not to mention how i have to drag myself out of bed at 5.30 am to attend the heartless 6.40am morning briefings): -okay maybe nothing can override that. ONE MORE WEEK. we can do this guys love y'all. the other 35% would go to catching up with the people close to my heart. my parents will never understand why i find this so important. i've been really vexed over people relations recently ): i gotta sort things out. i've since learnt to treasure everyone i love and i don't wanna lose anyone, i dont wanna miss anything. k sand you can navigate away now cus you're gonna say my posts are always emotional again. haha miss you get well soon! church on saturday really refreshed my soul. I realised i haven't been saving up and giving back to God what belongs to Him. and He made me realise that we should be thinking how much of His posessions should we keep for ourselves, and not how much of our posessions we should give Him. that was pretty enlightening. i miss photography): really wanna do a shoot with va soon! that'd be alternative therapy. God i'm super full, stomach please subside!!bye world finally i've said some of the things bogging my mind, now back to real world.(P.S. i really like the wavehouse pictures above and it was dammmmn fun everyone should go for it!)
